Gerry has more than 30 years’ experience as a strategic, results-driven business development executive and more than 10 years with franchise systems. He uses his expertise in franchise leadership, operations, strategic planning, financial management, process improvement and team building to help companies execute the organizational vision.

Most recently, Henley was executive vice president of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, where he served as the integrator to the CEO. During his tenure, he implemented EOS Traction®; increased average unit sales by more than 200%; doubled overall system sales revenue from $25 million to $50 million; doubled earnings before interest, taxes and amortization (EBITA) in the first year and maintained a 20% increase year over year; and more than quadrupled the number of franchise agreements sold annually.

Prior to that, Henley was president of Kitchen Solvers, a franchisor of kitchen remodeling services, where he negotiated the purchase of the company for new owners; created and executed the vision and strategies to rebuild and stabilize the company through the recession; and successfully re-established the support and coaching for franchisee growth while increasing system sales and EBITA. He also was president of Henley & Associates, which handled sales and marketing for leading cabinet manufacturers in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Henley & Associates delivered the top sales growth for two manufacturers for six consecutive years.

Henley serves on the advisory board of the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Fla., and as co-founder and leader of Renovate Men’s Ministries in La Crosse, Wis., and Safety Harbor, Fla.
